Купил котел Bosch Gas 6000. Для того, чтобы поставить гарантию, первый запуск должен произвести мастер из официального сервиса. После звонка на горячую линию пообещали, что мастер заберет в течении 2х рабочих часов. Через 5 часов никто не звонил. После второго обращения они сказали, что «рабочее время» рю будет в понедельник, и я позвонил в субботу. Сейчас с новым котлом без отопления и горячей воды, но почему часов на горячей линии и услуг нет, консультанты ответить не смогли. На вопрос: а если аварийная ситуация и котел не работает, а на улице минус 20 градусов, мастер тоже приедет только в понедельник? Мне обещали дать ответ и в понедельник: ((((Короче, я не рекомендую эту контору с громким именем. Сначала найди хороший постпродажный сервис, а потом купи оборудование. Это все равно не отвертка .

А потом потекло .... тупо поливая водой супер немецкую машинку. ОК? Позвонил в сервис. Приехали ... посмотрели ... сказали все ок - можно пользоваться. Включаю второй раз- ВОДА УТЕЧКА СНОВА. Я снова звоню в службу #Bosch супер мастера говорят, что вы положили много моющего средства. Мне одному кажется, что # бощукраина аферирует! Что такое 10-летняя гарантия? Где немецкое качество? ГДЕ СОВЕСТЬ?
