Моя компания привлекла услуги Салмат для доставки ок. 40000 магнитов на холодильник в конце октября 2019 года.

Прошло 6 недель, и ни одной работы или запроса, кроме разгневанного жителя, жалующегося на большое количество наших материалов, незаконно сброшенных на его собственность и пешеходную дорожку возле его дома. (см. изображение в приложении)

Связался с руководством, но они не смогли расследовать инцидент и не перезвонили. Электронное письмо было также отправлено генеральному директору (Мэтью Каррахеру). Как и ожидалось, ответа или сообщения получено не было.

Их колл-центр настроен на филиппийцев, что позволяет руководству фильтровать звонки, которые они хотят принять и отклонить.

Я уверен, что Салмат ответит на эту жалобу общим ответом, заявив, что они изучат этот вопрос или свяжутся с вами, чтобы решить эту проблему, я думаю, что нет!

Салмат отлично справляется с доставкой каталогов. Настоятельно рекомендую
