Закон Шиннера помог мне составить базовый договор купли-продажи земли - но будьте осторожны - 1/3 детализированного счета в 1000 долларов включала расходы (из расчета 550 долларов в час) за первое вводное собеседование, чтобы обрисовать объем работы И плату за электронное письмо обменять, чтобы запланировать этот звонок (еще до того, как мы встретились!). Когда я поставил под сомнение эти обвинения, Майкл Шиннер ответил: «... сборы превышали 1 тысячу долларов, но в качестве компенсации я снизил их до 1 тысячи долларов». Если это так, зачем включать тривиальную плату за планирование первой встречи? Я понимаю, что мы говорим только о 330 долларах, но ответ заставил меня усомниться в этичности и прозрачности этой юридической группы. Хотел бы я не говорить об этом.
