Мой партнер и я были бы новыми - и повторяющимися - клиентами Shimp Optical, если бы не тот факт, что их процесс выставления счетов и оплаты является произвольным, негибким и устаревшим.
У нас есть полное покрытие зрения в рамках нашего страхового плана. В день приема я принесла свою страховую карточку и удостоверение личности, потому что это то, что требуется большинству мест. И, несмотря на то, что у меня была страховая карта, а также маршрутный номер и номер счета на нашем сберегательном счету (в основном все, НО сама сберегательная карта), для Shimp было практически невозможно просто выставить нам счет на нашу доплату. Отсутствие современной биллинговой системы затрудняет и неудобно вести здесь бизнес, поэтому я бы не рекомендовал Shimp Optical друзьям или семье.
Больше НЕ принадлежит семье Шимп. Сервис отказался почти до нуля. Я не вернусь.
