Пожилой родственник, у которого никогда не было финансовых проблем и имел хорошие финансы, не получил ответа даже на просьбу о небольшой минимальной ссуде. Жалобы отдела оставили ответ «к сожалению, ваш запрос не разрешен». Он может взять ссуду в другом более крупном банке, который также неплохо работает.
Молодые люди без финансового планирования могут занять 70–80%, бывший учитель математики на пенсии с «угольками» на финансах, но с низкими пенсиями из-за многолетней работы за границей, не получит даже минимальный заем в размере 20% от оценки.
