ПереведеноБанкомат ограбил: попытался пополнить счет телефона (прикоснуться), система выдала ошибку и не предоставила код купона, и она зарегистрировала ошибку: что делает банк? наплевать и "ничего не поделаешь"

И я только что узнал, что мой отец пытался снять 600 долларов - банкомат дал ошибку и так и не получил деньги, но все же получил 600 долларов, снятых со своего счета, и банк не признает, прежде чем расследует ожидание в течение как минимум 10 дней. Это плохая технология и плохой сервис!
