Обратился в службу поддержки ASTRA для решения проблем. После 2-3 дней общения техник отправил неквалифицированного специалиста для ремонта машины с ошибками.
Через день техник принял решение обменять машину, в которой все было идеально.
НОВАЯ (2-я) машина прибыла 25.09.20.
Открыв коробку и развернув новую машину, мы замечаем, что так называемая новая машина на самом деле использовалась или плохо собиралась, так как на передней и боковой стороне машины есть несколько выбоин и царапин.
Я обратил на это внимание технического специалиста вчера в 10:30 29/9/20, и мне пообещали, что это на самом деле совершенно новая машина.
Посмотрел на это снова и не могу принять это как совершенно новое оборудование
-Первый был обернут серой защитной пленкой, второй - нет.
-На первом не было отпечатков пальцев, на втором была жир и отпечатки пальцев по всему телу
-Никаких царапин на первом, вырезов и царапин на передней и нижней стороне оборудования
Сейчас 29 сентября 2020 года, и я очень недоволен ASTRA.
-Отсутствие связи со стороны Tech
-Неплохой QA оборудования
- Введение в заблуждение или ложь о продукте
В довершение всего, если мы хотим вернуть подержанную или плохо построенную машину с полным возмещением стоимости. Мой ресторан должен заплатить 35% комиссионных за возврат и доставку подержанного товара? Продукт был продан нам новым, и мы должны получить совершенно новую машину без царапин и царапин.
