Хранятся с ними более 3 лет. Когда я забрал коробку, курьер ожидал, что я заберу 6 тяжелых коробок в вестибюле. Потом, когда во время доставки дважды уронил свои коробки на улице возле моего дома. Некоторые стеклянные предметы разбиты.

Когда я звоню в службу поддержки, то прошу фотографии и сказал, что займусь расследованием. После 4 дней и 2 напоминаний я получил ответ, что НЕ ДОЛЖЕН ХРАНИТЬ ХРУПКОЕ в коробке. Действительно????

Я прочитал условие 4 (d). Ничего не сказано о хрупких предметах.

Даже извинений от них. НЕ ХРАНИТЕ С НИМИ.
