Я заплатил ему требуемые 50% от стоимости проекта, и затем с этого момента прошло больше года, пока проект не был завершен. После того, как он получил мой депозит, я почти не слышал от него сообщений, и он был очень расстроен, когда работал с другим субподрядчиком, работающим над завершением фундамента знака. Он закончил тем, что играл пальцем и обвинял, когда все шло не так гладко, как планировалось, и оставил меня разбираться в деталях самостоятельно. Очень плохой коммуникатор, очень медленно завершить проект и ОПРЕДЕЛЕННО переосмыслит работу с этой командой в будущем. Они чрезвычайно артистичны и креативны, но когда дело касается общения и исполнения, они оставляют желать лучшего.
