К сожалению, DHCD перенаправил мою ссуду HPAP этой компании летом 2020 года. Мой первый платеж должен был быть произведен 7 января, и я заплатил вовремя. Впоследствии я выплачивал свои ежемесячные платежи в следующие даты: 08/05, 09/01, 10/05. С августа в ежемесячном счете указано, что я опаздываю на 30 дней. Как это возможно, если я заплатил только первый месяц? Итак, я позвонил им в августе, и они сказали, что произошла ошибка при выставлении счета, и она будет решена в сентябрьском счете. Как вы понимаете, это случилось снова в сентябре, поэтому я снова позвонил, и они сказали, что это исправлено. Октябрь здесь, та же проблема, и они взяли с меня плату за просрочку, которая была вычтена из дополнительной основной суммы, которую я включил в свой платеж. Сегодня, 29 октября, я снова позвонил и получил тот же ответ: «Я не знаю, почему это происходит, но мы не можем исправить это в службе поддержки клиентов, и у меня нет другого номера для перевода». Какой смысл в обслуживании клиентов, если они не могут решить проблемы с выставлением счетов. Нет отдела выставления счетов или менеджера, который бы позаботился об этой проблеме с выставлением счетов. Между тем, я не знаю, сообщили ли они обо мне, и это повлияло на мою кредитоспособность. Ужасные сервисы и я до сих пор не знаю, что делать! Так обидно.
