У вас нет законного способа отсчитывать часы, чтобы отслеживать свое время и платить. Информация о ставках оплаты, комиссионных и сверхурочных менялась 3 раза в течение двухмесячного окна. Эта компания разваливается, и они тянут своих сотрудников вниз, пока у них не останется бизнеса. Они не соблюдают квоту продаж, потому что их руководители унижают агентов и обращаются с ними как с детьми. Как компания может быть успешной, если все не вкладывают все свои силы ?!
Людей отправляют домой раньше положенного срока, в зависимости от объема продаж. Ставка заработной платы менялась так много раз, что сотрудники не получали чеки, и если у них базовая заработная плата неверна.
Опять же, не работайте в этой компании, если вы не планируете полностью сожалеть об этом. Я потратил 2 месяца своего времени и энергии на компанию, которая не может даже ответить на мои вопросы, постоянно унижает сотрудников и является крайне и совершенно неорганизованной. Я очень расстроен тем, что мне приходится звонить сотруднице отдела кадров, чтобы узнать, почему мне не заплатили? а затем попросите ее сказать мне, что мы не открыты еще 30 минут, я пью свой кофе прямо сейчас. Это смешно. Группа Heller - это афера.

Я работал здесь недолго. Крайне непрофессионально, буквально разразилась драка, когда я разговаривал по телефону, обслуживая клиента. Дама TL крайне непрофессиональна. Уволили собственного друга. Я воспользуюсь этой работой только в крайнем случае.
