Я только что переехала в однокомнатную квартиру на 1-м этаже дома. До этого дом ремонтировали, поэтому аншлаг оплачивал хозяин. Была тяжелая техника и тепло круглосуточно. Счет за свет был максимум 150. Я переехал 3 февраля. Показания счетчика с 3-го по 25-е показывают, что мой счет за свет составляет 551. Раньше я был в семейном приюте, поэтому у меня даже не было телевизоров, ламп, микроволновой печи, когда я переехал в течение как минимум 2 недель. Понятно, что я был в шоке. Я позвонил, и служба поддержки не знает, как ответить ни на один из моих вопросов. Если мне платят за весь дом, даже если это должен быть только 1-й этаж. Что бы они сделали, и, если чтение неверно, что они собираются делать с этой суммой счета, ничего. Больше всего она предлагала послать кого-нибудь проверить счетчик и задать ему любые вопросы. Как 1 спальня с 1 холодильником. 1 телевизор. 2 лампы (потому что в гостиной и спальне нет лампочек на потолке) сгорели 551 меньше, чем за месяц? Smdh

Если бы я мог поставить ноль звезд, я бы это сделал. Самые непрофессиональные, грубые и неуважительные сотрудники, с которыми мне когда-либо приходилось иметь дело. К сожалению, они являются поставщиком моего города.

Они оставляют после себя ужасный беспорядок. Я знаю, что не UI взламывает все деревья, но они нанимают эти компании.
