ПереведеноНекоторое время я пытался работать с этим домом престарелых, и это был ужасный опыт для моей матери и нашей семьи. Персонал ворует, а дом престарелых отказывается платить или заменять украденные вещи. Моя мать не может двигаться, но ее телефон и планшет были треснуты и повреждены водой. Я отправил квитанции, но продолжаю получать отговорки. Директор Крис Уэлшман не следит за тем, чтобы в течение дня было достаточно сотрудников, и не несет ответственности за действия своих сотрудников. Они составляют графики уборки жителей, но о них не заботятся. Жители обращаются за помощью, и они остаются без ответа. Они дадут вашим близким лекарства без вашего разрешения. (Личный опыт) Врачам требуются месяцы, чтобы ответить. Если вы любите свою семью и заботитесь о ней, не приводите их сюда. Из-за вируса короны я не могу перевезти мать в настоящее время.
