Я пытался отменить, и она сказала мне, что уже слишком поздно, но я могу отправить его обратно. 5 дней спустя у меня его все еще нет, и все еще видно, что он находится в состоянии предварительной отгрузки. Я отправил им 2 письма, и ни на одно из них не ответили, и теперь мне пришлось прибегнуть к спору по моей кредитной карте. Что касается самого продукта, с тех пор я получил его от Amazon своевременно. И хотя я оставлю его для одной собаки в надежде, что это поможет 4 июля, другая моя собака больше боялась Громовой Рубашки, чем фейерверков и Грома !! Она не из тех собак, которые любят обниматься, и я думаю, с ее характером ей не нравилось это чувство объятий. В целом, очень разочаровывающий опыт работы с этой компанией.
