Когда я попросил их сменить мою комнату, они сказали мне, что поменяются через несколько часов, но когда я вернулся, персонал был изменен, и когда я попросил ключ, который мне обещали, они сказали, что понятия не имеют. После проверки файла на компьютере они сказали, что поставили в комнату вентилятор, чтобы избавиться от запаха, но вентилятор совсем не помог. Я снова попросил поменять комнату, но начальник сказал мне, что у них нет свободной комнаты, что было ложью, так как я видел, что много свободных комнат. Они были такими непрофессиональными и безответственными. Не видя надежды, я попросил поговорить с вышестоящим менеджером. Снова объяснившись, старший менеджер сказал: либо оставаться там и «разобраться с запахом», либо переехать в комнату без кондиционера и без уборки! Я переехал, но комната была такой грязной. Повсюду мертвые жуки. Очень разочаровывает. Никогда не остановлюсь здесь снова.

Я остался здесь на выпускной для дочери, потому что все отели в этом районе были забронированы. Я был приятно удивлен уровнем обслуживания, профессионализмом и чувством срочности, которыми обладали сотрудники. Была небольшая проблема с беспорядком в комнатах, но руководитель своевременно ее решил. Комнаты в общежитии были на самом деле чистыми, это был ностальгический опыт, который заставил меня почувствовать, что я снова учусь в колледже! Определенно рекомендую. Надеюсь, мой сын тоже ходит в эту замечательную школу (мы скрещиваем пальцы с его оценками по SAT ... ха-ха! Шучу)
