Я поясню, что не могу говорить от лица компании в целом, но одна из их сотрудников, Мелисса Барретт, была настолько непрофессиональной. Нам потребовались месяцы, чтобы получить чек, который оказался намного меньше, чем мы изначально думали, что получим (предположительно из-за некоторых сборов). Это была постоянная борьба, и после того, как мы дали ей наш новый адрес, она все равно отправила его на старый. Кто-то другой должен был вмешаться и сделать ее работу. К тому же она редко бывала в офисе или, вероятно, игнорировала наши звонки. Как бы то ни было, это не имеет значения, потому что в целом она была очень непрофессиональна.
