Грубые медсестры. Каждый раз, когда я звоню на стойку регистрации, человек, который отвечает, тоже очень грубый.

Персоналу наплевать. Они не знают, что делают. Они не знают, как делать перевязки пациентам. Чтобы они подошли к пациенту после звонка, требуется около часа. Никто не хочет работать. Персонал НЕТ знаний по уходу за пациентами. Мы забрали моего отца раньше, чем предполагалось, из-за плохого ухода. Последней каплей стало то, что 2 сотрудника должны были наложить на моего отца перевязки и поменять их, и они сказали: «Цитата» ... мы снимем рэп и заново отремонтируем те же повязки (он не узнает). WTH
Есть еще много чего сказать, поэтому наша семья свяжется с руководителем учреждения. Очень досадно.

Дом Woodland Greenhouse красивый и чистый. РН и врачи в штате исключительны. Еда хорошая, и большая часть персонала - очень заботливые люди. Мероприятия для жителей не стимулируют и практически отсутствуют. Календарь мероприятий выдается каждый месяц. Однако деятельность выполняется редко. Некоторые виды деятельности требуют, чтобы жители переезжали в другое здание в зимнюю погоду. Одно из основных календарных мероприятий - это деятельность родственника резидента, а не деятельность, которую выполняет VMRC. Жителям очень нравится этот визит. У нашей семьи было много встреч с администрацией по поводу увеличения стимулирующих мероприятий. Мероприятия (их гораздо больше, чем я предлагаю здесь), в том числе такие, как говорит Саймон, чтение очень коротких рассказов, стимулирующие беседы, воспоминания о событиях прошлого, которые могли вызвать разговор между жителями, а также проигрывание мягкой музыки на компакт-дисках и использовать телевизионную станцию, которая проигрывает видео мирных сцен под расслабляющую музыку для йоги. Музыка может быть столь же полезной для пожилых людей, как и лекарства.
Когда мы обсуждали заботу о нашей матери и делали семейные предложения относительно занятий, социальный работник VMRC сказал нам, что, если мы будем недовольны, мы всегда сможем найти другое учреждение для нашей матери. Мы очень обеспокоены ее ответом.
Директор по деятельности не проверяет, выполняются ли какие-либо действия. Ей также нужна помощь в организации занятий, которые подходят, а не зависят от членов семьи, чтобы обеспечить стимулирующие занятия для этого лесного дома. При посещении дома CNA постоянно работают с жильцами. Если они несут ответственность за какие-либо действия, VMRC должен предоставить дополнительный персонал для переезда из дома в дом для выполнения этих действий. Наша семья читала рассказы, украшала печенье, красила яйца, обеспечивала посещение собак-терапевтов, а также инициировала стимулирующие разговоры о прошлых воспоминаниях.
Я отправляю это в надежде, что VMRC оценит программу мероприятий и ответственных лиц.
