Несколько недель назад я заказал 10 кубических ярдов измельченного верхнего слоя почвы, чтобы заполнить некоторые углубления на заднем дворе и подготовить новый задний двор для моего ребенка. Обслуживание, цена и время отклика были фантастическими. Я ходил по магазинам и нашел Witech по очень справедливой цене, я заказал (кажется) во вторник, и он был доставлен на мою подъездную дорожку в четверг, и я был в курсе телефонных звонков доставщика. При всем сказанном мне сказали, что измельченный верхний слой почвы пропускается через сетчатый фильтр и что любой мусор или большие камни будут удалены. Это было правдой.

Моя проблема в стекле, которое мы нашли в верхнем слое почвы. Моя семья сейчас отобрала около 20-30 осколков битого стекла шириной не менее полдюйма, большинство из которых ближе к дюйму. Это нелепо и представляет собой огромную угрозу безопасности для меня, моей семьи и особенно моего годовалого ребенка, который начинает бродить по двору. Когда я позвонил, чтобы спросить о стакане, мне не предложили ни извинений, ни объяснений, только неоднократно повторяли, что «это странно, стекла не должно быть».
