I recently had the opportunity to collaborate with this event management firm for a corporate function. The initial communication was promising, but the execution fell short. The planning team seemed overwhelmed, leading to several last-minute adjustments that could have been avoided. 🕒
While the venue selection was nice, the overall logistics didn't align well with our requirements. Some aspects, like the catering service, didn't meet our expectations, impacting the attendees' experience. 🍽️
Customer service was inconsistent and often unresponsive, which added to the frustration as we tried to resolve issues. It felt as though the focus was more on quantity than quality, as certain details were overlooked.
Ultimately, while there were a few redeeming qualities, like a couple of dedicated staff members who tried hard, the experience did not reflect the professionalism I had anticipated. I would recommend considering alternatives for future events. 🛑
