Игры были хорошими, но Aeria плохо с ними справилась. Сервис ужасный. Иногда для получения ответа от них требуется более 3 дней, и их ответ генерируется компьютером. На мой взгляд, персонал ленив и даже не может найти время, чтобы помочь своим клиентам и игрокам. Когда я получаю сгенерированный компьютером ответ на техническую проблему, проблему с выставлением счетов или что-то в этом роде, это показывает, что они на самом деле не заинтересованы в благополучии игроков и их участии в их игре (играх). Если мне нужна помощь, я хочу поговорить с реальным человеком, у которого есть ответы и который может составить информативный и полезный разговор.
Также кажется, что функцией сообщения о злоупотреблениях [всего] можно злоупотреблять. Вместо того, чтобы использовать правильное суждение и банить настоящих хакеров, которых можно обнаружить или увидеть на видеодоказательствах, команда Aeria, похоже, банит любого, о ком достаточно сообщают другие игроки. Эта функция «Я видел, как он взломал» не приравнивается к реальным доказательствам и, на мой взгляд, является признаком безразличия, запрета и лени.
Еще раз оцениваю сервис Aeria Games как плохой.

Если Aeria сможет активизировать его и показать мне, что им не все равно, я буду рад сделать еще один обзор.

Худшая компания для работы, а игры - мусор третьего уровня.

Требуется слишком много времени, чтобы связаться с Реальным человеком, и биллинговая система на сайте работает неправильно, если вы выбрали неправильную карту, потому что у них нет 25 долларов, и вы не можете получить дополнительные 500 очков. Игра, которую я ставлю на 4 из 5, хорошая, мне нравится играть в нее годами, но время, которое требуется GM, чтобы ответить на запрос, - БЕЗУСЛОВНОЕ, 2 недели для преследования и больше, если у вас есть проблемы с выставлением счетов или другие финансовые проблемы. WTF!
