С карт необходимо списывать средства каждый месяц, независимо от того, использовали ли вы 10, иначе число пропадет.

1. Я порекомендовал AldiTalk посетителю из Азии и был немедленно потрясен, увидев, как сотрудник AldiTalk во время процесса VideoIdent приказал ему держать документ, удостоверяющий личность, перед собой под разными углами и уровнями масштабирования. Хотя было сделано около 10 фотографий, затем в электронном письме было кратко заявлено, что идентификация не может быть проведена. Без оправдания, потому что это, вероятно, объясняется расистской позицией AldiTalk MA.
2. Перед двумя поездками в пределах ЕС (Австрия, Италия) я купил пакет роуминга ЕС 500. AldiTalk подтвердил активацию с помощью SMS, а также защиту расходов, так что кредит карты не будет использован после истечения срока действия пакета. Ничего не получилось; срок действия роумингового пакета, наконец, истек с 411 МБ кредита, мой кредит на счете был использован дважды, и Aldi-Talk не предпринял никаких дальнейших действий, несмотря на гарантии регулирования. SIM-карта и счет остаются де-факто заблокированными, пока я терпеливо жду обещанной компенсации.
3. Служба поддержки пишет только стандартные ответы и тратит время в надежде, что большинство жалоб можно будет отложить из-за небольшого количества споров.
