Привет, ребята. Я позвонил прямо из Великобритании сегодня, когда у вас открылись телефонные линии, чтобы узнать о бронировании круиза Regal Princess 3 марта 2019 года по Карибскому морю на 7 ночей. Парень, с которым я разговаривал, казался совершенно неуместным и не интересовался моими вопросами и отключал меня, когда я задавал вопросы по разным каютам. Я был настолько разочарован звонком, что решил вежливо закончить разговор и сам позвонить по торговому номеру Princess UK, после чего перешел на номер категории люкс. Леди, с которой я разговаривал, была первоклассной и очень полезной, а также признала, что я уже путешествовала с принцессой раньше, и продала мне больше, чем я хотел раньше, что было нормально, поскольку ее навыки продаж были великолепны. Просто показывает, что первое впечатление имеет значение. Не буду использовать Даргал сейчас, не рекомендую его вообще никому из наших коллег по путешествиям.
