Мы приобрели кондоминиум у этой компании, и хотя они сдержали многие из своих обещаний, они обвинили нашу небольшую ассоциацию кондоминиумов с ошибкой, устранение которой будет стоить десятки тысяч ... о которой они знали и не раскрывали. Это было все водоснабжение кондоминиума - старинного и частного, утечки под землю составляют многие тысячи (за счет дополнительных затрат на воду) в год. Разработчик знал об этом, потому что он получил (высокие) счета, вызванные утечкой, еще до того, как здесь кто-то жил! Теперь он отказался ремонтировать и сам кондоминиум, и даже недавние покупатели, у которых «гарантийный» срок. Не рекомендуется по этой причине. Обратите внимание: нам очень нравится сама квартира, а интерьер выполнен по очень высоким стандартам.
ОБНОВЛЕНИЕ 2017 - Сделка была заключена, и наша ассоциация кондоминиумов внесла десятки тысяч на строительство нового водопровода - Харкинс выполнил свою работу и оплатил большую часть затрат, но мы все равно потеряли дополнительные десятки тысяч излишних счетов за воду за 6-летний период до того, как это было исправлено.
