Они хранят только лекарства в бутылочках, но нам об этом никогда не говорили. Только 1, может быть, 2 медработника знали, что они делают. Одной из них была Элейн, а я не помню, как зовут другую. Можно было подумать, что остальных увезли с улицы. Они ничего не знали. Мы доплатили за услуги, включая раздачу лекарств, пользование туалетом и одевание моей мамы. Оказывается, у них был только один человек, отвечающий за туалеты в ночную смену. В первую же ночь мама ждала 30 минут. Они никогда не меняли мою маму, если только один из нас, мои братья и сестры или я не настоял на этом. Пара девочек, которые приходили в разное время, чтобы уложить мою маму в туалет. Они просто стояли в замешательстве и смотрели. Моему отцу пришлось сказать им, что делать. Как будто они никогда раньше не делали этой работы. Один даже оставил мусор в питьевом туалете. Даже не удосужился выкинуть это. Мой отец пригласил нас рядом, чтобы помочь с мамой в Лонг-Бич, когда она начала замедляться, и помогал ухаживать за ней около года. Мы учителя и знали, что больше не сможем помочь ему днем. Теперь они оба были далеко, и мой отец сходил с ума, пытаясь позаботиться о ней сам. Нам все еще приходилось находиться там по очереди, поэтому мы платили 6000 долларов в месяц за уход. Это был кошмар. Мы вернулись на круги своя, но платили огромную сумму ежемесячно и путешествовали дальше. Мы были там 2 месяца. После нескольких жалоб стало ясно, что им нельзя доверять.
