Корпоративный офис, но НЕ помогает клиентам, связанным со спортивными залами YMCA. Предполагается, что они предоставляют клиентам надлежащие услуги, но даже не утруждают себя рассмотрением жалобы. В этот адрес подано 3 жалобы, и по одной 1 была решена. Мне сказали, что директор, связанный с моим местным YMCA по имени Сью, собирается заняться проблемой, и она просто сообщила, что проблема решена, хотя на самом деле ничего не решено. Со мной ни разу не связались, чтобы представить дальнейший анализ ситуации. Я больше не присоединяюсь к YMCA, собираюсь аннулировать свое членство. Мы не собираемся отделяться от организации, которая не собирается серьезно относиться к своим клиентам и не выдвигать инициативу по решению любых проблем или поданных жалоб. Очень непрофессионально.
