На стойке регистрации не было обучения, плохое обслуживание клиентов и они были невероятно невежественны по каждому заданному мной вопросу.

Я позвонил в канун Нового года в 9:30, чтобы узнать, в какие часы они открыты. Сначала зазвонил, потом вошел запись о недоступном человеке. Никакого объявления кредитного союза или чего-то подобного. Я перезвонил 4 раза, каждый раз звонили и отключались ... такое плохое обслуживание. Никому не рекомендую этот кредитный союз
